Dealership Service Review
I called dealership to get a recall complete and to get an extra key made for my Honda Pilot. The receptionist I spoke to said that I would be able to get both services complete the same day. The day I arrived my service advisor Michael Moore told I that they did not have any more keys in stock and it would take a few more days for it to come in. He told me to call back in a few days and they should have the key. After calling back a few days latter I was told that they still dont have the key and I would have to order it and it would be in the following day. I called back the next morning to verify that the key was in stock and it was. When I arrive latter that day and drove into the customer service area, I got out the car with my two children. I was immediately greeted but waited about 5-7 minutes before someone was able to help me. I dont understand why the guy that was 5 feet away from me playing on his cell phone could not assist me nor lift up his head long enough to even know I was waiting. The service advisor Jeff finally asked me what service I needed. I explained to him I need a new key and he told me to hold on and he would be right back. 15 minutes later Jeff never came back. Another service advisor came over and asked was I being helped. I told her that Jeff was helping but never came back. She told me to leave my keys in the car and have a seat inside. 20 minutes later I noticed that my car was still in the same place and no one had came inside and said anything to me about the service. I went back outside and asked Jeff what was the status of my car and he told me that he didnt know and that he originally told me that he was busy working with someone else. I then asked him if he could find out and he said that he was about to leave work. I told him dont worry about it I would find out. I asked another service advisor to speak with the manager. When I was talking to the manager about the issue he looked as if he was preoccupied. I explained what was going on and never apologized but said he would have someone help me. I told him I usually get my car serviced at the Honda dealership in Marietta, GA and I will be going there. He responded ok and bye. I got in my car and left. This has been the worst Honda dealership and customer service I have ever experienced. I will never be going back to that location. If you want great service go to Ed Voyles Honda in Marietta.
