A1 Maintenance on Honda 2017

The lady that helped me was awesome. I thought the tire rotation was included in the maintenance package that I purchased when I bought the car. I found out when I picked my car up that the tire rotation is not included. They rotated the tires anyway but she did not charge me for that service. She made sure I was aware that going forward that will be a chargeable service. I really appreciated that, because I truly thought it was covered and I wasn't prepared to pay that charge. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that my car didn't get washed or vacuum like I had requested. They were extremely busy that day though.
