AutoNation Honda Thornton Road

I visited dealership yesterday. I had set a time with 'Steve"salesman. I was ambushed at the door by another salesguy. He said Steve was unavailable, but he could get the figures. He proceeded to ignore the "Out the Door" quote that Steve had provided me with. He then tacked on cleaning charges, etc. By now, I was really annoyed. I was trading a 2009 Civic. I used Edmunds as a reference. They said no one uses Edmunds. They proceeded to low ball my trade. I said enough and left. I have bought three cars via the internet from them. No more.
