AutoNation Honda Thornton Road

I ONLY GIVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR. We purchased 2 vehicles at the same time. Both were sold to us as "certified." Come to find out after our 60 day warranty that a truck we purchased was NOT certified and was actually a consignment to the store. We find this out when we went to have our IOU serviced (what they said was wrong with the car when we purchased it) and they said that they couldn't fix a latch on the door because they don't fix those. Which is BS because we purchased the door part from another dealership in the area for $4. There are several SERIOUS problems with the vehicle and now they wont return our calls or emails. We should have listened to the reviews on here about horrible service and problems. I had my heart set on a certain used vehicle that they had. Shame on me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
