Had taken my 2017 Ford Escape into Jim Tidwell yesterday for an oil change service and to have it looked over for any services due and also had my spark plugs changed as they had 93,000+ miles on them and were due. My Seevice associate Jonny was extremely professional and honest and I felt no pressures with any up sales. 5 Stars
