I give them a zero star

onMy Ford Expedition has a fire recall on it. I was told to bring it in by the service department for two days to have it fixed and they would not provide a rental. I dropped the vehicle off and two days later they called me and said there was no fix for the fire recall and they would give me a rental. Then I received another call a few minutes later that I could actually come pick it up and it was safe to drive after telling me it needed to be grounded. My vehicle sat there for two and ford knew there was no fix for the problem. Thanks for the wasted time and I would recommendto not buy a ford.
