Can’t leave zero

onWe made an appointment for my wife’s car online, then updated online also, with a request for a callback or email regarding time to complete and cost. Only got a confirmation email with that request in it. Day prior to appointment same email, yet to call or email with estimate. My wif arrived, told her they would need car AT LEAST overnight. She would need to call rental company to arrange, even though that’s indicated in the appointment request. Couldn’t get a car. Finally my wife left without service.
