Poor customer satisfaction

onWould not fix csp” customer satisfaction program “ problems that showed up for my vehicle, stating that I was over on the mileage for a free fix. I called the ford corporate office they said that most all dealers would fix those type of issues regardless of mile ergo the name of the program. They told me to take to another dealership and that they should repair the issues instead of trying to charge me $700 to fix an issue that ford had already flagged for attention. I took it out to hardy ford in Dallas ga and they addressed the issues no charge.
