onMy service advisor, Candace, has been wonderful. She answered my initial call, was explicit in explaining the process of getting my vehicle diagnosed, and has been forthright in her communications since I dropped the vehicle off with her. I’m very appreciative of her client service expertise. She has answered all of my questions, has been open and honest without over promising. That’s important in this time of employee/supply shortages. The technicians have diagnosed the problem, and now it will be repaired. I’m very glad to be at Tidwell Ford. Thanks, Candace!
