My service advisor, Candace, has been wonderful. She answered my initial call, was explicit in explaining the process of getting my vehicle diagnosed, and has been forthright in her communications since I dropped the vehicle off with her. I’m very appreciative of her client service expertise. She has answered all of my questions, has been open and honest without over promising.
