the advisor was nice but i don’t feel a difference

onhayley was very nice and knowledgeable. however, i had expected the engine to be a bit more smooth and quiet, and the brakes to be a bit over sensitive after service. for $600 it dosen’t feel like that was the case. also the offer for my car was $6,000 less KBB value.
