Service advisor was great.

Advisor was great. Not real happy with the rest of the department. Told them problem was intermittent. They only drove the car 9 (!) miles and said they couldn't duplicate it. I am not happy. They are now trying to make it right. Service manager offered to go driving with me tomorrow to see it.
