Positive attitude but wasted time

onThe more I go to get my car service the more time I have to spend. I've never had to wait 2.5hrs for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. I was told I would be in and out in 1hr at the most. Very disappointed on the time wasted. I do appreciate the attitude of one of the service members who attempted to see what was taking so long. I do not forsee myself returning anytime soon.
