It was fine until…

onAmong other services, we ordered four new tires. We’d had an issue with one of the old tires and drove into the shop on the spare. This was clearly relayed at the time of check-in. When we picked up the vehicle, the spare rim was still installed, with one of the four new tires on it. The damaged tire was still damaged, on the rim in the spare tire storage compartment where we put it when we changed to the spare. We sat around waiting at the facility for over 3 hours while they attempted to find the spare tire they had removed. Thankfully, they had not disposed of it yet and were able to put the new tire on the proper rim and replace the old spare tire onto the spare rim…3 hours later.
