With all the challenges we’ve all faced these past couple of years, I had started to think that good customer service was a thing of the past. I normally take my vehicle to a Ford dealer for its regular maintenance, but was treated poorly on several occasions by the service managers at another local area dealer. I knew I needed to go elsewhere. I tried a couple of auto service & repair companies, but they both had service limitations. I then decided to schedule my next maintenance service with Jim Tidwell Ford. I had a purchased a vehicle there in the past, and remembered how much I liked their service department. They are friendly, professional, attentive, and know how to make a customer feel valued and important. That’s what I look for when choosing where and with whom I do business.
