Dealership Service Review
I got a new battery and that was fine. My appointment was at 10:30 on a Friday morning and my vehicle wasn't even looked at until Tuesday afternoon. Thus, I didn't get it back until Saturday. Though frustrating, this was forgivable due to staff shortages which I understand. However, a $25 dollar Amazon gift card was removed from my vehicle during its time there. I contacted the service department to inquire about my missing card and was told a manager would look into it and contact me ASAP. That call was 11 days ago, and I haven't heard a word. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and had never had a problem. I currently do not feel that I can trust my vehicle/belongings to this service department.
