Honor appointments

onThe service rep was great. The approach to service needs to change. I had a 7:00 am oil change appointment, and was there waiting when garage doors were opened. That was not completed until 9:00 am. An oil change should not take more than an hour. The explanation was that it was too busy. But I had an appointment. That should mean that my car is worked on at the time of the appointment. It is first thing in the day. No body was behind. You simply do not respect your customers enough to honor the appointment.
