onMy service rep, Haley was great. She was very friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions. However, I had the first oil change appointment at 7 and didn’t receive my car back until 8:40 which I believe is too long of a wait for an oil change. Thus, I lowered my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars
