onProfessionalism at it'sfinest. My 2015 Ford Explorer needed a diagnostic review done and repair needed. I was crunched for time, The service manager and Chrisy Johnson, were able to get my truck in AND repaired within 24 hours. They now have a customer for life, due to their professionalism and most importantly their compassion, I was not a number,they saw a person and treated me as such. Chrisy called me and gave me updates as the diagnostics were being done, and what work was needed.
