Dealership Service Review
This particular visit I took my car in for diagnostics. I scheduled an appointment for 7:30am on Monday. Checking my in, no problem. Expecting 72hr process, no problem. However, I was expecting the service advisor to reach out just inform me of progress. I was never called or contacted. In fact, all communication was initiated by me. By Friday, I had had enough. I went to dealership to retrieve my car. No one informed me regarding my car. I went to take it back. When I got there, a different service advisor said my car was ready. What! No one called me. The outcome, after a week, was a new battery. It took a week, during the holiday, to determine that I needed a new battery, which was under warranty! Not happy with Tidwell Ford, where I purchased my car and have only taken it for service.
