onThis was the second time I’ve been to Jim Tidwell Ford since moving here in the Spring. I had an unexpected tire pressure problem and I stopped in without an appointment to see if someone could tell me if there was something wrong with my tire or a computer glitch. Sure enough, Hayley found a nail in my tire and told me they’d be able to handle it in a bit. The wait was about an hour and a half…but hey! I didn’t have an appointment. The waiting area is comfortable and I chatted with a few nice people. I was safely back on the road and plan to make my 10k mile checkup in a few weeks. I’m glad I made Jim Tidwell Ford my new dealership.
