onMade appt online but then called and was told “no way could it be done before they closed at 7”. Changed to 0830 next day. Got oil changed, fuel filters, recall completed (for 2nd time due to no confirmation it had been done before. So they did it again according to Service Director. Completed as agreed time. This time they did everything they could to accommodate me. I appreciated that, including a personal meeting with dealership GM. Everyone has issues and makes mistakes. It’s how they respond to those mistakes is what I’m looking at. We shall see!
