Great Customer Service

onI brought my 2012 Ford Escape in for a high mileage inspection and oil change, and Mike was very helpful in explaining the status of my tires, battery, brakes, etc. I especially appreciated the fact that I didn’t feel over-sold on unnecessary maintenance. When going to pick up my car, there was confusion on what service I had requested versus the service I received, and Mike and the staff were very understanding and immediately rectified the situation. Overall a great experience! I plan to continue having my car serviced by the Tidwell Ford team.
