I made an appointment online a day in advance for 8:30 am for an oil change and alignment and marked I would be waiting. Upon arrival the morning of, the gentleman asked me if I would be waiting and I told him yes and if I decided otherwise I would let him know. He went over what I needed done to my car and suggested a tire rotation, so I did it. He told me the alignment would take about an hour. I left the dealership at noon - 3.5 hours later. Whenever he called to speak about my car (after I texted the number I was provided with no response) I had to cut him off to let him know I was in the lobby and had been as I stated I would be. I truly think my car was either done and I wasn’t notified or pushed to the side because I watched the lobby empty and refill and I just sat there. I asked someone by the door o check on my car and told him how long I had been waiting and he did absolutely nothing to assist me. He just sat in his car, said the guy may have gone to the back and then said “we’re busy” even whenever I told him I texted the number I was given and hadn’t heard back. Once I was finally ready, the guy told me I didn’t really need the filters they suggested but wanted to put that on there anyway and then told me I needed 4 new tires very soon and then acted as if $1,050 was nothing to pay out. I told him I found tires more than $75/ea cheaper elsewhere and he didn’t offer to match or give me a discount or anything but he was all about offering a coupon for the oil change, which I appreciate, but a $50 oil change is much more doable than $1,050. My overall experience left me highly frustrated to say the least. The $9,000 cash offer left in my car was also a low blow since I’ve had quotes for much more come from non Ford establishments. They want to charge me an arm and a leg for maintenance then lowball me.
