Jim Tidwell Ford

I made a last minute appointment with Jim Tidwell Ford to get an oil change. I made the appointment on late Friday night. I got an appointment at a good time for Saturday morning. I knew that it would probably be a long wait time, but I was alright with it because it was a Saturday morning appointment. My service advisor, Triston was very courteous and professional. He assisted me with checking in and was very helpful with making me feel at home while I waited for my vehicle. When my truck was ready, he came and explained to me what was done, what future items I needed to have worked on and timeframe of when those items needed to be done. He provided excellent customer service!
