Above and Beyond!

onThe service department went above and beyond in communicating status of our repair for us since I has mentioned that I needed the car back by a certain date. Not only did Sandi communicate effectively, she went out of her way to call until she knew for sure I had gotten the message that the car was ready. In the world today, that kind of focus on customer service is rarely seen. I was very impressed!
