onTook my Explorer in for three recall issues. The young man sent me into the office to see a service rep. There was no service rep anywhere to be found. Finally Courtney Brown took charge and entered the data. Then two others showed up to help her. Courtney got my vehicle info and then kept me posted during the day. The next day she did the same. All work was completed and thanks to Courtney for all she did.
