I came in for a oil change and tire rotation. Michael was extremely courteous and when I notified him that I was trying to get to the World Champion Atlanta Brave’s parade he said he would do his best. Well I made it to the parade. Michael hit a home run in my book and Jim Tidwell Ford is lucky to have someone who still thinks of the customers. Thank you Jim Tidwell Ford and thank you Michael.
