I was not happy about the service I received at Jim Tidwell Ford today

onI booked a 8:30 appointment for an oil change. I still had to wait two hour for that. I also booked a service for a $39.95 when they finished changing the oil the lady told me that what they offer online is different and my totally was $53.95. When I explained this to her she just stated the one one line is not offered there and did not seemed concerned and still made me pay the price I was not quoted and booked for. I told her that seems like a mix up from their side she agreed and still charged me the same.
