Not the best this time

onI was told my scheduled oil change would take an hour and a half, which I thought was a little extreme for a Wednesday lunch. It ended up taking 2 hours and 15 minutes. The staff is always very friendly and the waiting room is very clean. However, that is an inordinate amount of time for an oil change and tire rotation. Let's do better next time.
