onI brought my car to be serviced today, I did not have an appointment, yet they were gracious enough to squeeze me in, everyone was very polite and attentive to my concerns, the young lady at the service desk, Jordyn, went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable while I waiting for my car, as well as giving me updates of its progress. In all I enjoyed my experience at this Ford dealer, I hope my future visits are just as pleasant! P.S. Thank you Jordyn
