Dealership Service Review
So far their service suck hard. My air-conditioner is not working. First thing they told me was it would take three days for them to even look at my car. Four days later they text me a list of regular maintenance items they would like to overcharge me for with no mention of my air-conditioning problem.. After calling several times with noone answering I sent several texts asking for help the next day they texted that my bumper needs to be replaced. WTF is all I could think. Somehow my bumper is causing my air-conditioner not to work. 🤔 Update: 4 days later with no response to my texts communication from them was nonexistant so I am now standing in their service lobby and they have no further update and don't know where my car is I told them I need my car now or I will involve the police. They are now searching for my car but given the level of incompetence I have experienced so far I don't have much hope. Twenty minutes now and a guy I haven't seen before comes in and tells me "The ladies are working on it" I feel so much better now that the ladies are working on it. 45 minutes and Finally they found my car and I am on my way and the only good thing is they didn't try to charge me for anything. Bottom line: If you want to experience arrogant incompetence and total disregard for customers this is the place for you.
