onVery good experience. Triston was very willing to help and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to wait long. He was very detailed in his explanation of the service my truck would receive. Triston took the time out to listen to my concerns and also helped me with Ford points earned when I purchased my truck. Facilities were extremely clean, inside and out. Best part was I was able to book online, quickly, and with little wait. The extra hours, evenings and weekends are very much appreciated due to having a day time job. Then dealership I purchased my truck from doesn’t have service on the weekends or in the evenings. Jim Tidwell has earned a new customer for sure.
