My Warranty was not Checked

onThe service agent assured me that she would check to see if my issue was covered under my warranty. She informed me that it was not covered under my warranty. However, it was covered under my warranty, she lied to me and did not follow up and check on the warranty. I was not able to be reimbursed and it cost me $865.
