While I really appreciate the folks at Jim Tidwell, Im disappointed in them. I've been having my 2018 Explorer serviced here since i bought it. Not one time did anyone mention that i needed brakes or tell me that i neede rotors turned or ANYTHING!! Tires were mentioned but that was it. This time when warranty rack work and oil change was being done, Candace calls and tells me i need a $1000 brake job, front and back. I wasnt hearing any squealing or anything. Hesitantly and disappointedly, i told her go ahead but in hindsight i feel taken advantage of, which is sad. Why wasnt I advised ANYTIME this year that i had an issue???? The entire ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth and a whole in my wallet AND heart.
