onWe just happened upon each other ...yes times have changed but smile man. My feedback would be and this goes out to all sales guys/girls. Stay off your phone on test drives. Stay engaged and involved in conversation....act interested. Damn what has happened? It was weird. I never even got a rrun own of capabilities. I don't know....am I as a consumer expected to know everything? Hell I'm still watching videos.
