The feeling I got when I first got there was it’s a total sellers market. Therefore, you can take it or leave it attitude. The salesman never introduced himself. Just walked me out to the cars for sale and that was really it. I made him an offer for to meet or beat a written offer from another dealership. It came back to him basically saying, “I don’t know how they are reaching that price, but you should go buy that car.” So, I left. About an hour later the manager called and asked if he could go over the numbers again. This time the numbers were much tighter and competitive. I ended up buying at Tidwell Ford. However, when I went back to buy the car it was as if it was a “done deal“ so I wasn’t introduced to any of the new car features at all. I have no idea what the security codes are for on the new set of keys. I don’t know how to program the door codes. I don’t know what “My Key“ is for nor do I know how to set many of the numerous personal settings. I’m not an idiot, so I can spend time figuring it all out on my own, except for the keyless entry. It doesn’t seem to want to work. It would have been nice to have the personal attention to go through all of the settings and accessories. Side note: I will be taking the car back to have the back up camera looked at, as it has completely blanked out. Another small gripe is the tire pressure stems on the tires did not have caps. I noticed it, and asked if they could please have them replaced when I came back to pick it up. “Yeah sure we’ll take care of that.“ When I came back the following day, they still do not have caps. They only put three caps. One of the tires on the opposite side is still missing a cap. Interesting note, the salesman asked that I give him a five star rating. He asked I do this in the money exchange process, but once payment went through there was no more customer service in educating me about the vehicle I had just purchased. It may be a sellers market, but don’t take these buyer reviews for granted. You still need to give good customer sales service!
