I reached out to Jim Tidwell about a truck that was posted online. The truck was not at the lot but Justin suggested for me to experience/drive a similar truck they had on the lot. Justin sent me information, photos about the truck and answered all my questions. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.
