Dealership Service Review
I brought my vehicle in on June 19,2022 for repairs after hitting a tire with rim in it on 285. After first quote I was told it would be around $2700 to replace drive shaft, and Fuel tank. Waited a week for parts to come, then they found more issues and now it would be $4600 to fix. Issues found they say were fuel line tangled and something else. Then they call me On July 13th to pick the vehicle up and say it will be ready at 6pm which is when they close so I didn’t go because what if something was wrong still then they are closed, plus I was going out of the country the next day until the 21st. On the 18th I called just to see the total and speak with advisor as he wasn’t there on the 13th when they called to pick it up. He then tells me they are just working on the vehicle now and that they found after sitting it had a leak and needed oil seal so now the total would be $5600. Long story short they applied some discounts and total came to $5299 supposedly fixed and out the door. Within an hour of driving the tire light came on it started to pull to the right while driving and it left 3 nice oil drip stains in my new driveway. Now I am back here with the truck again waiting to see how much more there gonna milk me for…………….[non-permissible content removed]
