Purchased a 2024 Camaro 2SS on 08/26/2024 for $61,588.81. Because I live in Texas the car had to be transported and I received the vehicle on 08/31/2024 with NO paperwork of the transaction! I spoke with Rustam and he informed me that it would take a couple of days for the paperwork to be finalized. I’ve purchased several new vehicles before in the state of Texas and I’ve NEVER heard that before so I thought maybe it’s a Georgia thing. After numerous attempts to get the paperwork for the car that I purchased, I was unsuccessful!! On 09/26/2024 the vehicle was stolen…..Yes stolen!! With NO paperwork on the vehicle, and with total aggression and anger I called back to the dealership and spoke with Shon to get paperwork on a vehicle that I now owned for a MONTH!! He sent me copies of only part of the paperwork. As I’m asked to provide paperwork for my insurance carrier that I DO NOT have in my possession, I’m forced to call back to the dealership to try to get more paperwork!! My credit union lien holder is asking me for the title because they have not received it on a $61,588.81 that they have financed. On 11/01/2024 the lien holder still has not received the title. Upon further investigation from the Texas DMV, the $61,588.81 2024 Camaro 2SS that I NO longer have because it was stolen and has not been recovered, that is now 2 months old, HAS NEVER BEEN REGISTERED with the state as me being the lawful owner!! I called back to the dealership and asked to speak with the manager/owner over the dealership and was given the run around and was transferred to Shon! Which Shon stated that he was going to look into the situation and was to call me back AND I’ve yet to hear back from him. I called back to the dealership and was transferred to some [non-permissible content removed] that would not tell me his position but responded that He Does Eveything!! He may do eveything but he didn’t provide me with any answers but continued to be [non-permissible content removed] throughout the entire conversation. I CONTINUED TO CALL THE DEALERSHIP ALL DAY AND I GOT NOWHERE!! This whole situation is now looking real scamish that i would buy a $61,588.81 car, that is now nowhere to be found and that has never been registered with the state as me as the owner!! Not to mention that the car was equipped with lojack that the dealership made me purchase and onstar that i was never able to access because the dealership did the enrollment incorrectly!! Sounds scamish to me and to everyone that hears this story, including the police!! I’M IN NEED OF A VEHICLE BECAUSE NOW I HAVE BEEN DRIVING A RENTAL CAR FOR OVER A MONTH THROUGH MY INSURANCE AND NOW THEY ARE NO LONGER PAYING FOR IT. AND TO TOP IT OFF, I GO BACK TO NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, THE LIEN HOLDER OF THE $61,588.81 2024 CAMARO 2SS, TO SEE IF THEY WOULD FINANCE ME ANOTHER VEHICLE. THEY WILL FINANCE ME ANOTHER VEHICLE BUT WITH CONDITIONS, THE CONDITION OF IF THEY RECEIVE THE TITLE OR THE VEHICLE IS PAID OFF. MY INSURANCE WILL PROBABLY NOT PAY THE CAR OFF BECAUSE THE CAR IS NOT REGISTERED IN MY NAME AND THE LIEN HOLDER DOES NOT HAVE THE TITLE!! TALK ABOUT FRUSTRATED, I’M [non-permissible content removed] FRUSTRATED WITH RICK HENDRICK CHEVROLET DULUTH AND THE SCAMMING, LYING STAFF, THAT I DON’T TRUST!! REPUTABLE [non-permissible content removed]!! IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A QUARTER OF A STAR OR EVEN A NO STAR, THEN I WOULD!!!!!!
