onmy wife went to the service department for an oil change, a front light bulb, and rear light bulb replacement. The dealership upsold her on all this other crap and did the work for that, but not the bulb replacements. how do you not do what we wanted in the first place? but of course do all the work you recommend? so I go back and speak to someone in service and they told me my wife declined the light bulb replacements -__- WHY would she decline the work for what she came here for in the first place! The service dept needs to get it together. We spent $275, paid for all this extra crap, but they didnt even fix what we wanted.
