I worked with Lance Primm, Sales Consultant, and Jessie Koehler, Financial Director, and was exceptionally pleased during the interaction with both. These gentlemen were extremely understanding, helpful, and persist in bringing about a "win-win" solution during my purchasing experience. Words cannot express what a relief this was for me, but I will try. It has been some time since I have gone through the new car buying scenario and was prepared for the "old paradigm" experience of the "haggling" and the back and forth of negotiating. I was very pleased not to have to experience that at all. I expressed, very clearly to Lance, what my situation was and what I was willing to accept as an experience and a solution. Both Lance, and Jessie exceeded my expectations in the most professional and efficient manner possible. An awesome team of professionals, who deeply understand that moving forward during these changing times, customer service is going to make the difference between the businesses that will succeed and excel and those that will not.
