once i arrived Dude and Pat got the ball rolling to purchase new vehicle. This is the 5th vehicle that they have sold me since 2007. each time it keeps getting simple. from everyone involved, from sales, finance, service, to lady who cleaned it [just usual dust, i would still been happy]. this is one place that i go to for all car service and there has been a mountain of trust in all phases here. for the escape WOW, very impressed with the power it has. i've been a doubtful on these small SUV's. but this one i has changed my mind, Patrick (service department manager} i believe how much get up and go.
