Dealership Service Review
I purchased a 2023 Forrester Wilderness for my wife from this dealership a while back. It was the car of her dreams. The smile on her face when we left the dealership was worth every cent that I paid for the car. She has taken care of this car as if it was her very first vehicle. About three months ago, she took the car to the dealership for a routine oil change. Upon her return home, she noticed a strange noise coming from the driver seat. At first, I attributed the noise to the normal breaking in of a new seat. However, after a few days, the noise became much more pronounced. She returned the car to the dealership to investigate the problem. After a couple of days of keeping the car, she received a call indicating that the problem was solved. That turned out to be a lie. On her drive back home, the noise was still there. She returned the car for the second time. This time, they kept the car for nearly a week. They assured us that the problem was really solved this time, yet another lie. The car has been at the dealership for the third time. This is day 10 and still no resolution. I have written to both the general manger and the service department about this issue, all in vain. They have not even had the courtesy to contact me.
