The staff that we dealt with at Courtesy Ford were very rude, dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever. Our salesman rolled his eyes when I asked questions, the "sales manager" raised his voice at me when we were trying to work out a deal. We did purchase a car, because we were able to get a good deal. However, we got a loan from my bank, and were able to bypass all the extra fees that the finance manager was trying to add on. Our salesman would not even clean the car, put any gas in it or even give us the code to the door keypad! In addition, the miles that the car was advertised for on their website was about 4,000 off from what the car actually had on it. This dealership is rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Please avoid it at all costs! We were first time car buyers, so we didn't really know any better. Please learn from our mistakes!
