Dealership Sales Review
I bought a used 2005 Chrysler Crossfire from this dealership. I found a torn weatherstrip around the convertible top and asked about it. Of course the two salesman, Mike Michaels and Tim Mathis, said they new nothing about this. This is after I asked both to give me every detail about this car before I drove 3 hours to basically purchase it. Tim got on the phone and 20 minutes later told me it was still under warranty and repair would be covered. (The car had a little over 29000 miles on it). I really just wanted to know the cost of repair but hearing it was under warranty made it even better. I trusted these salesmen to tell me the truth (I know, why). I buy the car, get to my local Chrysler Repair shop and the first thing the tell me is the car's warranty EXPIRED in November 2007. I called Mike about this and asked him to explain. He said he would call back. It's been 3 days and no word. I sent an e-mail to the General Manager, Mike Davis. He said he would be back in touch after he had a talk with these two salesmen. That was yesterday and no word...These people lie to your face. Do not deal with them. Do not trust them.
