I bought a Chevy Avalanche just to have as a second car. I have an after market warranty and decided to take it in for an inspection but on the day of the inspection the alternator went out. I called days before my appt and told the lady(short black woman)that I had a warranty and she said 'oh we don't know anything about that company' that should have been my que to go somewhere else. When they finally did the repairs they called me, I ubered there only for them to HOLD MY KEYS HOSTAGE!! They wanted the warranty company to call and confirm the payment which could have taken 24 hours!!!! Who does that, and why not tell me that before I got there. I literally had to call the warranty company and have them speak to the service department BEFORE they gave me my keys!! This place has a 3 star rating on google and I see why. Just go and look at the horrible reviews the service department receives. I will never set foot in there again. I have a mercedes and they would NEVER treat a customer like that. I will tell everyone I can DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE.
