Purchase of a 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir

First, I want to say, James Anderson, our salesman, was Top Notch. We couldn't have asked for a better person. He was 100%. However, It took 3.5 hours for us to complete our sale. ( not Mr. Andersons fault) That was weary. The reason for a 4-star review is because, unbeknown to us, upon having a Ceramic Coat installed we had to pay extra to remove swirls out of the paint on one side of our brand-new vehicle. The installer says he will remove the swirls, and it will be better than new. Please have your detail people take better care of your vehicles.
