Once I found the proper person to arrange my extended warranty service, I was treated like the owner's daughter. Thought I'd have to rent a vehicle while my wheel bearings were replaced, but Sead gave me a loaner instead, because he knew the warranty only paid $35 a day. The work was done thoroughly and my car drives like new again!
