Dealership Service Review
I have always been very happy with the service at Brandon Ford. I am especially pleased with my service advisor Mr. Giorgio Vescera . With that said, every time I have brought my truck in for the slip yoke to be fixed (twice) I have to go around the ladies who answer the calls for the service dept. They insist that I cannot have this work performed on Saturdays and I have to leave it during the week. They also insist that it is a maintainence item and I have to pay for the service. All other dealers say this is not so. I do think the ladies answering the service dept. phone need to be more educated than what they are. I came very close to taking my truck to gator ford or Elder ford very close to where I work. Mr. Vescera set everything right and my truck was fixed correctly. I am once again a happy trucker who didn't have to lose a days pay for a defective slip yoke.
