Sawgrass INFINITI
Dealership Sales Review
I just got my car on June 2, 2012 For my first car buying experience from a dealer, I don't think it can get any better. Just so you understand it was me (26 yrs) and my sister-in-law. Rufus was my sales rep and I don't think i could ask for anyone better. He wasn't pushy (biggest plus), he was friendly, personable and attentive. At no point did I feel like I was being duped and I got an excellent deal on my 2011 G37, over $1000 below their selling price. (Thanks to Gordan, the sales manager who I feel really tried to work with my budget fairly). I did my research so I know the kind of price I could be looking at considering the mileage on the car, and the deal that I got was fair. You just need to do your research, know what your willing to pay, and when you will walk to find a better deal. Rufus was well informed on the vehicle and the test drive was superb. Now onto financing, I came in with my own financing but my husband was my co-signer who is currently in Korea serving our country, but I had Power of Attorney. I was informed that Corporate Offices don't accept Power of Attorney in place of my husband being there, so I was a little beside myself. ( I might still call corporate to verify this and to request that they consider revising this policy if it is the case b/c there should be special conditions available to the military and their family members). I couldn't contact them Saturday b/c their offices are closed. But, back to the point, our finance guy said he would look into getting us a good rate with all of the added services I had, (extended warranty and total loss protection). He exceeded my expectation, he actually got me a better deal with just me alone, no co-signers. The personal financing I had, prior to walking in was at 3.09% for 60 months. He got me 2.84% at 60 months or 3.09% at 72 months. I choose to go for 72 months so i can have a lower car note. Might I add, i have excellent credit. Beyond getting good financing, our finance rep was personable, polite and he explained all of the options availabe to me (if i wanted to add LoJack or Vehicle Maintenance etc). And it showed what my monthly payments would look like with each of the options i choose and at the interest rate I choose. He didn't rush through anything. If i needed clarification he gladly obliged. His son is actually in the Marines. Talking to him was actually like talking to a new friend. I'm sorry I can't remember his name b/c I like to give credit where it's due, I will be sure to post it later. I have Infiniti Warranty which i can take to any infiniti dealership which is a plus since the mil move around a lot. And I will feel more security getting my car serviced at an infiniti dealer. All around I had a great experience with this place. I can't comment on the service department seeing as how I haven't had it serviced yet but my car buying experience couldn't be beat. In total I was there for maybe 5 hours from walking in the doors to driving off the lot with my car. You guys rock!!
